Nairobi National Park

Nairobi National Park  was established in 1946 and holds the distinction of being Kenya’s first national park, a confirmation of the pioneering conservation efforts spearheaded by Mervyn Cowie. Located just 7 kilometers south of Nairobi, it stands as a unique sanctuary, being the only national park in the world located within a capital city.

A mere 15-20 minute drive from the bustling Nairobi Central Business District,gets you to this remarkable natural haven. Stretching approximately 117 square kilometers, Nairobi National Park boasts a diverse habitat, encompassing everything from dense forests to expansive open savannah grasslands.
